A modern and distinctive residential project with a strong focus on comfort, located in a highly desirable area.

As part of the project, we implemented apartment number signage and stylized decorative panels in the common areas – based on a concept developed in advance by TECH INVEST, tailored to the building’s architecture, materials, and aesthetics. The branding elements complement the overall vision of KA11 and enhance the sense of completeness, identity, and belonging from the very entrance.
