Branding project for the residential building MALINA GARDEN, developed by TECH INVEST.
The building is designed with a strong focus on the functional and aesthetic organization of the residential environment, located in a quiet and green urban area.

As part of the project, we implemented floor-level signage, exterior address plaques, and decorative panels in the common areas – all in full alignment with TECH INVEST’s architectural and visual concept. The branding is seamlessly integrated with the building’s identity and interior style, enhancing the sense of cohesion and completeness throughout the shared spaces.
